🧾 Terms & Return Policy


LEGAL NOTICE

By using this website, you agree to the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without notice.


🔁 Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Fantucci. If you’re not happy, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all original tags and packaging.

  • A proof of purchase is required.

  • You must contact us before returning the item to receive return instructions: assist.fantucci@gmail.com

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the item is defective or we made a fulfillment error, we will cover the return shipping.

  • For all other reasons, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Timeline:

Refunds will be processed within 6 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.


🚫 Exceptions

We do not accept returns for:

  • Made-to-order or customized items (unless defective)

  • Items returned after 7 days

  • Items not in original condition


🔄 Reprint Policy

We offer free reprints for the following production errors:

  • Incorrect design or size printed

  • Misaligned or misplaced print

  • Wrong garment used (style or color)

  • Defective print quality

Reprints will not be issued for:

  • Damage caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect size or color chosen by customer

  • Minor color variation (unless an exact match was requested)

To request a reprint, email assist.fantucci@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.


❗ Responsibility Disclaimer

We are not responsible for incorrect customer-provided information such as:

  • Shipping address

  • Size or color choices

If an order needs to be re-shipped due to customer error, the customer must cover all related costs.

Replacements or refunds are offered only for items that are missing, defective, or have a confirmed printing error caused by our team.


🌍 Customs & Import Duties

Buyers outside the United States are responsible for any customs fees or import duties required by their local government. Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering.


✂️ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase, provided that production has not yet begun.

To request a cancellation, contact us via the contact form or at assist.fantucci@gmail.com. If the order is already in production, cancellation may not be possible or may incur a fee.


💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The order is cancelled before production begins

  • A returned item meets our Return Policy conditions

  • A product is missing, defective, or has a confirmed print error

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact assist.fantucci@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving it. Our support team will review your request and respond accordingly.
