In the case of damaged goods simply email us (email@example.com) the order number and images of the damaged goods or the order ID for lost goods. For a lost or damaged order Fantucci will provide you with a reprint.
For lost orders over $200 with no tracking information available, refunds will not be provided. All refunds are issued on a case to case basis.
Fantucci will only review replacement or return requests if the product is missing, damaged or has a print error – provided that it was caused by Fantucci. Fantucci is not responsible for incorrectly provided customer information (size, color, address). In case of a re-shipment, the user must cover the expenses.
