These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the FANTUCCI website and any purchase made through it. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

FANTUCCI is an online store offering graphic T-shirts printed to order. The seller operating FANTUCCI, its legal status, business address, registration details, and contact information are identified in our Legal Notice, which forms part of these Terms.
๐ 2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you place an order on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for them.
๐ 3. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, garment batches, fabric composition, and the printing process. Product images and mockups are illustrative, and minor variations that do not materially affect the product may occur.
Available sizes, colors, materials, garment styles, care instructions, and other important characteristics are stated on the relevant product page. Please review this information and the size guide carefully before ordering.
Because products are printed to order, the availability of a particular size, color, or garment may change. If a selected item becomes unavailable before production, we will contact you or cancel and refund the affected item.
๐ 4. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. We accept the order when payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation. We may still cancel and refund an order before production because of payment failure, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing or product-information error, delivery restrictions, product unavailability, or another legitimate reason.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order to the original payment method.
You are responsible for checking the design, garment, size, color, quantity, billing information, and shipping address before completing checkout.
๐ณ 5. Prices, Payment, and Taxes
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website. The total price, shipping charge, and any taxes collected by us will be shown before the order is submitted.
Payments, including bank-card payments, are processed through PayPal. PayPal’s own terms and privacy practices apply to the payment transaction.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges that are not collected at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, the recipient is responsible for those charges.
๐ญ 6. Production and Delivery
FANTUCCI T-shirts are printed to order by third-party production partners. Production and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by garment availability, carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, severe weather, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Current production, delivery, tracking, customs, and shipping-restriction information is available on our Shipping page. If we cannot ship an order within the promised period, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.
Risk of loss and legal title pass at the time required by applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms transfers the risk of carrier loss to a consumer where the law places that risk on the seller.
โ๏ธ 7. Cancellations, Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement by contacting info@fantucci.com. After that period, production may have started and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Our rules for ordinary returns, incorrect sizes or colors, damaged or defective products, missing shipments, incorrect addresses, replacements, and refunds are explained in our Returns, Replacements & Cancellations Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
โ๏ธ 8. Consumer Rights
These Terms do not exclude, restrict, or replace any consumer guarantee, withdrawal right, refund right, or other remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted. If the mandatory law of your country gives you stronger protection, that protection will apply.

The website and its contents, including artwork, illustrations, characters, logos, T-shirt graphics, product designs, text, photographs, mockups, layout, and software, are owned by FANTUCCI or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a T-shirt transfers ownership of that physical item only. It does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, scan, distribute, publish, modify, license, manufacture, or commercially exploit the artwork.

You may use the website for personal, lawful shopping purposes. You may not copy, interfere with, reverse engineer, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the website or its systems.

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content to FANTUCCI, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe the rights of another person.
You grant FANTUCCI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, and display that content for operating, promoting, and improving the store. This license does not transfer ownership of your content. You may contact us to request removal, subject to legal and record-keeping obligations.

The website may use or link to services operated by payment processors, production partners, shipping carriers, analytics providers, or other third parties. FANTUCCI is not responsible for the content or independent practices of third-party websites. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply when you use their services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FANTUCCI is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, business losses suffered by a consumer using a product for commercial purposes, or losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, deliberate misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil disruption, government action, labor disputes, carrier interruptions, customs delays, infrastructure failure, or widespread network outages. This section does not remove any cancellation, refund, delivery, or consumer right that applies by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
